Excellent modern hotel. I was on a business trip and it had everything I needed: spacious, comfortable room, fast WiFi, lovely restaurant, tasty food, great service and friendly staff. The balcony overlooking the Adriatic was a bonus too. Quiet, safe location, next to police station and easy parking. Although it is an industrial town, the old part is attractive and a short distance away, and there is a hypermarket handily at the rear of the hotel. Buonissimo!

Very clean, spotless actually. The room was big, the view was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When I asked them to call a taxi for me, they offered to drive me to the train station themselves (no charge). Breakfast was good and the restaurant for dinner was very good. The wifi was free, unlimited in all the rooms and was strong.
There is no service at the pool between about 1:00 and 4:00.

I arrived in the middle of a terrible storm: rain, wind, water flooding the streets. Everyone gets off the train and runs to waiting cars! A small man pulled at my arm trying to get me to get into his car! I found out that the hotel sent him to pick me up! They offered this service and I sent an email.. A nice surprise because there were no cabs. When I arrived the restaurant was closed for the afternoon but they had prepared a cold dish for me. Wonderful because I had not eaten all day. It was too bad to go out (traveling with one pair of shoes you dont try to saturate them in a hurricane) the hotel is across from the beach, a nice walk into the town. I may have been one of only 10 guests in this large hotel. I was the only one in the rest. That night but the service was excellent. Something learned: off season hotels in small towns: be sure they have a restaurant and that it is open. There would have been no where to find dinner during that storm, on a sunday night. And being off season most of the resort hotels and rest. Were closed. Lovely hotel, staff was very attentive. Large room and a great bathroom with high pressure shower. I used this rain day to relax and treat the stay as if it were a spa
No complaints. It exceeded my expectations at a price that would have been for a 2 or 3 start in a larger city.

We stayed there for 4 nights in 4 rooms. The staff (especially our waiter) was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. I recommend the dinner at the hotel, it is really tasty. Altogether the atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, we did not expected it. I do recommend this hotel to everyone!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet pretty good for italian standards. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, they served huge plates, it was tasty and the waiters were very kind. The walk to barletta takes 5-10 minutes you can shorten it up through the beautiful park and are right in the heart of barletta's old city. Our car was parked outside the hotel. i think it is pretty safe to leave it there and not pay for the extra parking as the police station is the building right next to it. Internet access was working good - if you are in the 3rd etage Wifi slows down a bit - but you can ask for a cable at the reception.
Directly across the street are the beaches, one umbrella next to the other - the privat ones are quite clean but the public beach was dirty. we tried the beaches on the other side of barletta - same dirt, margharita di savoia (15min. by car) not better. maybe they dont clean it up because it was after-season but we could not stay there so we had to drive daily to Mattinata (90Min) in the Gargano area where the most beautiful beaches are.

The staff and services were very good. What you would expect for a four-star hotel.
The walls were very thin so you could hear the other guests. The guests while I was there were quite loud and it made it difficult to sleep. The location wasn't fantastic. The hostel was not in the historical center and the surroundings weren't very pretty.

Very nice hotel in beautiful environment with friendly staff, mostly English speaking. We staid 11 nights with just breakfast. For the breakfast we had wide choice of sweet food, prosciutto crudo, great cappuccino or other kind coffee during breakfast free of charge. Quiet area with nice beach very close. Nice swimming pool with safe guard. City center few minutes walking, good connections. recommended!
No variability of the breakfasts for quests not preferring sweet, no vegetable. Limited open hours of swimming pool especially during weekend - closed in the afternoon.

The staff person who checked us in and the one who checked us out were both pleasant.
This hotel's entrance was unclear. The landscaping 'leading' to the area that was the entrance was overgrown and scruffy. We could see the name on the hotel but not where to go to check in. It seemed to be very outdated, though it was clean. The star rating should be more like 2! The lunch and dinner menu were prominently displayed but there was no lunch service. The pool area had only 2 lounges that were most uncomfortable.

Good location by the seafront
Surprisingly we were attacked by sand flies/ small mosquitoes, which marred the stay.

Room was clean and spacious with a recently renovated bathroom(great shower!) Front desk staff in Marco and Mauro were friendly, helpful and professional as were the restraunt staff. To top it off the food, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent.
A couple of neglected buildings in front of the hotel unfortunately give the area a bit of a run down feeling to it. Probably not much the hotel can do about this however.

Hotel itself was fine. Pool looked okay but didn't use it.
Location. Nothing to see in Barletta & surrounding location not that great despite being opposite a beach. Dinner at night, didn’t enjoy!
